Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to UK residents over the age of 18 only. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
Prize:
The prize will be clearly stated in the original giveaway announcement post, the hosting account accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. The hosting account will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the hosting account’s reasonable control, the host reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway/competition either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Entry’s:
The winner will be selected at random. To qualify, entries must be received by the closing date stated in the original post. The hosting account has the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with the stated terms and conditions or that are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
Winner:
The winner will be contacted directly on Instagram by the hosting account only, this will be done on the date stated in the original post. A period of 72 hours will be given for the randomly selected winner to respond – after this, a new winner will be randomly drawn and contacted. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name and Instagram handle appear on the hosting account and any competition partners social page. The winner of the giveaway must agree to share their name, postal address, email, and date of birth with Stanhope and competition partners, for delivery purposes. The winner may be required to show proof of age upon receiving the giveaway, failure to do so may result in the winner being un able to receive the prize.
