Palate:
A whirlwind of tropical fruit (Pineapples, pears, ripe starfruit), burnt sugar, layered with spicy black pepper and creamy vanilla – an unlayering experience
Finish:
Complex, long, rich, warming with smoky wood, light maple, spiced, dry and toasted - its got this lovely clean sweetness to it.

Nose:
Freshly baked rye bread, black liquorice, with a funky twist of pickling spice and a touch of citrus zest.
Palate:
A powerful hit of cracked black pepper, anise, and clove, balanced by sweet notes of caramel, dark chocolate, and candied ginger. There’s a delightful herbal funk with hints of eucalyptus and spearmint, which actually helps cuts through the pepperiness of the rye brilliantly.
Finish:
Long and warming with bold rye spice, dry toasted oak, and a lingering hint of lemon zest. A Rye of its own…
